Fabrice Guisset is a Franco-Italian Chef, originally from Avignon, France. After cooking in 2- and 3-Michelin-starred restaurants in France, leading kitchens in ultra-luxury hotels across the globe, and leaving his mark in Los Cabos as Executive Chef at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, Rosewood—Chef Fabrice is now serving something a little different… and a lot more fun.

Pastry Chef, Denisse Morales
Originally from Hidalgo, Mexico, with over 15 years of experience working in hotels, restaurants, and private clubs both in her home country and in Europe, Chef Denisse has explored and perfected her craft.
As the owner of Meraki Pastelería, a sweet catering service dedicated to luxury events, and now the creative mind behind “La Pâtisserie Du Monde” for Chik’n Doo, Denisse brings her creations to you, creating unique experiences alongside Chef Fabrice.
Denisse specializes in vegan and gluten-free pastries, constantly seeking to bring each diner back to the joyful experience of sweet cuisine.
