OMG! Delicious, friendly, customized to our tastes. Could not have had a better experience at a better value. So grateful and appreciative. We had two very full meals from a single order. The sauces, the chicken, the tortillas, the chocolate desert, the drinks with just an hint of nutmeg — every note was perfection. The most memorable dining experience we had in Cabo - and it was takeout!

We thought the chicken and sauces were good, but not five-stars good. It's definitely worth supporting this small business, though. They offer several different rubs or marinades for a whole chicken, plus you get tortillas, lettuce, cilantro, and 3 side sauces. The order takes 30-40 minutes after it's placed. CASH ONLY at the time of writing. We tried the al pastor, which was pretty good, but in retrospect maybe the rosemary would have been best. The 3 sauces were flavorful but two of them were a bit watery. (We didn't order any sides; too full from an earlier meal.) One negative: we didn't know the takeout container was full of thin juice, which leaked out all over the inside of the bag, and then spilled outside the bag when we took it out to eat it.

We left San Jose Del Cabo a month ago and I am STILL thinking of this chicken! Probably the best roast chicken of our lives and I wish we would have stayed in San Jose Del Cabo longer and tried every flavor. Be sure to get the roast potatoes also - they are amazing. My boyfriend and I are pretty light eaters so we were able to split this and still had leftovers for lunch the next day. The woman who was working the day we visited was so friendly. You do not want to miss this place, its very special!
